We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with strong sales experience within the engineering and mining sector. The successful candidate must be able to work in a highly demanding and diverserole. The role involves the following:
Roles and Responsibilities- Reviewing applications, managinginterviews and considers Candidates and shortlists
- Negotiating fees with Clients
- Clarifying and negotiating salaryand benefits relating to the role
- Establish relationships with existing clients
- Headhunting, identify andapproach suitable candidates
- Use marketing and business knowledge to establish new clients
- Place adverts on various jobportals
- Must have a minimum of 5 yearsrecruitment industry experience within the engineering and mining sector
