Key Responsibilities (Shared):

Overall management of club operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment

Coordination and execution of functions and events

Staff supervision, scheduling, and training

Stock control, cash handling, and basic financial reporting

Liaison with club management, members, and service providers

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the club

Role Split – Experience Requirements:

Partner 1:
Bar & Front-of-House Focus

Proven bar or hospitality management experience

Strong understanding of stock control, cash-ups, and GP management

Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service

Experience training and supervising bar staff

Partner 2:
Kitchen & Catering Focus

Proven kitchen or catering management experience

Strong understanding of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen operations

Experience with menu planning, stock control, and cost management

Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff
