We are looking for a friendly, well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our organisation. The ideal candidate must be service-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure.

• Welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs
• Managing reservations, confirmations, and guest enquiries
• Handling telephone, email, and walk-in queries professionally
• Coordinating with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining accurate guest records and handling payments
• Resolving guest concerns with care and efficiency

• Local citizen
• Hospitality diploma
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and warm, approachable manner
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• PMS experience - Apex advantageous
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
