US Medical Insurance Intake Specialist

Must reside in South Africa

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Intake Specialist to join our team in providing essential services that assist elderly clients in qualifying for Medicare and social medicine services. Our company works with referrals from doctors, lawyers, nursing homes, and other professionals to help manage estates and ensure our clients receive the care they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Speak with callers referred by healthcare and legal professionals to explain how our services work.

Collect and accurately input all necessary client information into our system.

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and guiding clients through the process.

Experience with this is a plus:

• Medicare: A federal program that provides healthcare coverage for individuals aged 65 and older, certain younger individuals with disabilities, and those with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a transplant).
• Medicaid: A joint state and federal program that offers healthcare assistance to low-income individuals and families, with eligibility criteria varying by state.

Requirements:

Full-time availability from 4pm to 12am, Monday to Friday.

Must have your own laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.

Reside in South Africa.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
