Front Of House Trainer - Healthwise

Fedics Healthwise is recruiting for a Front of House Trainer to train, coach and support FOH staff across healthcare units. The role ensures that employees understand and consistently apply the FOH service standards, patient-centred behaviours, communication scripts, diet accuracy, tray standards, hygiene requirements, and meal-service processes outlined in the FOH Handbook. The FOH Trainer plays a key role in uplifting service quality and ensuring safe, professional, empathetic and consistent patient service aligned to Tsebo Catering Solutions values.
