Overview
Accurate assessment, investigation and validation of complex long-term insurance claims with a high value in accordance with the goals, objectives, processes and standards of the organisation in order to meet customer. These claims may include funeral, death, disability, dread disease and retrenchment claims.
Responsibilities- Administrate Short Term Motor Claims
- Manage the claim from the claim registration to finalization
- Be customer centric
- Manage your time to ensure all short-term motor claims are attended to in set turnaround times
- Manage customer and supplier complaints
- Pay attention to details
- Manage personal development to increase own skills and competencies
- Matric is essential
- Have an NQF Level 5 Certificate would be advantageous
- Have 2 – 3 years experience in claims call center environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally in a Motor Claims
