Job Role - Technical Lead Billing

Job role focused on technical leadership for billing within a wholesale telecom environment.
Responsibilities- Strong experience in wholesale telecom billing (Voice, SMS, Data, Signalling, VAS)
- Expertise in rating, charging, invoicing, settlement, taxation, and reconciliation
- Hands-on leadership in high-volume billing platforms with strict accuracy requirements
- Billing architecture & design (HLD/LLD, scalable and resilient systems)
- Mediation and usage processing (CDR/XDR ingestion, validation, enrichment)
- System integration skills – APIs, file-based interfaces, messaging/streaming
- Revenue assurance & billing accuracy controls with leakage prevention
- Experience in release management, deployments, and rollback strategies
- Strong RCA skills for billing issues and partner disputes
- Automation & Dev Ops exposure (CI/CD, billing run automation, monitoring)
