This is a full-time position for an Occupational Health Technician based on-site in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include performing occupational health screenings, assisting with pre-travel and executive medical examinations, conducting laboratory and diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate medical documentation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The technician will also work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and provide support for administrative tasks related to patient care and compliance with health and safety standards.

• Strong foundation in medicine and occupational health practices
• Proficiency in laboratory skills, including diagnostic testing and equipment use
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions and teamwork
• Experience in supervisory roles in healthcare or related fields
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols and compliance standards
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate medical records
• Relevant certifications or degrees related to occupational health, nursing, or allied health fields
• Previous experience in travel health or occupational health is advantageous
