Health Care Compliance Specialist

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Experience in healthcare industries, compliance, legal, finance, commercial, or medical affairs, or related functions preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills required.
• High level of integrity with strong ethical values.
• Willingness to make and stand by difficult decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the Health Care Compliance program's internal controls to effectively prevent, detect, correct and anticipate risk.
• Demonstrates an operational excellence mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Implements and supports key elements of an effective Health Care compliance program for an assigned region, market, or operational area.
• Controls within scope may include governance, risk assessment, management action plans, data analysis, testing, monitoring, reporting, training, and policy.
• Provides transactional reviews of transfers of value, performs reviews of copy material, and engages with business partners to provide guidance on Health Care Compliance-related topics in alignment with Health Care Compliance policies and procedures.
• Understands and applies Company Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team.
• Provides administrative support to the assigned Health Care Compliance department.
