Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions.

SeniorAssociate / Junior Manager – Financial Modelling Team
As a senior associate / junior manager within the financial modelling team you will work with a team of experienced financial modellers with strong technical skills and commercial acumen. The role provides an excellent opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding area of Deals .
Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a support role to play in the team across a broad range of financial modelling engagements including the development and review of financial models. The candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of clients, from global multinationals through to entrepreneurial, owner managed businesses, covering both domestic and cross border work. Financial modelling exposure includes operational models, transaction models and project finance models.
The candidate will be required to (model development):
Meet with senior client personnel (ranges from C-suite to senior management positions) to obtain a detailed understanding of what the financial model should do and how the business / project that will be modelled works.
Prepare a document that captures that understanding (i.e., report writing skills are important).
Develop a financial model based on the detailed understanding obtained.
Workshop the financial model with the client, explaining how the model works, pitching…
