Financial Manager

Position: Financial Manager-2
* Measure progress for business, technology and regulatory programmes ensuring alignment with key project deliverables.
* Work with key project stakeholders utilising information on hand in order to calculate and generate business case financials and financial project metrics (ROI, NPV, Payback Period)
* Deliver structured weekly and monthly reporting packs, including:
* Project cost report (actuals, forecast, variance analysis)
* Benefit tracking (cost savings, efficiency gains)
* Capitalisation summary (on software development, internal labour, etc.)
* Cash flow forecast and funding requirements
* Cost-to-complete analysis vs business case
* Risks & issues with quantified financial impact
* Portfolio-level rollups for PMO / Programme Director / CFO review
* 3–7+ years project accounting or financial management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
* Strong understanding of:
* Budgeting & forecasting
* Capitalisation rules (IFRS, software development costs)
* Advanced Excel and Power BI
* Strong analytical and measurement mindset
* Attention to detail and high accuracy
* Ability to challenge assumptions constructively
* Good communication and executive‑ready reporting style
* High integrity, disciplined governance, and documentation standards
