• Lead and manage financial operations across multiple sites
• Drive CAPEX planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Oversee VAT, tax, and Forex transactions with precision
• Engage directly with operational teams to improve financial performance

• Education:
  
  BCom minimum;
  Postgrad or Honours highly beneficial
• Experience:
  
  5+ years in finance, with strong exposure to operations, preferably in the construction, engineering, or heavy industry
• Skills:
  • Strong SA tax and VAT knowledge
  • Forex and CAPEX management
  • Advanced Excel and ERP systems
  • Confident communicator with a strong personality and leadership presence
• Other:
  Willingness to travel occasionally; hybrid work setup
