Your responsibilities and tasks- Meeting monthly collection targets (overdue % target levels to be communicated) for sub-Saharan Africa.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders/Managers/departments/companies.
- Generate ad-hoc reports on a monthly basis to C.A.L.M. and CFO.
- Support the legal handover of customers where necessary.
- Contact customers for payments.
- Timeously resolve all queries to ensure payments are received on time.
- Ensure customers payments are allocated timeously.
- Update Cashflow.
- Prepare documents and submit for foreign payments.
- Ensure all foreign payments are allocated timeously.
- Monthly review of Receivables and Payables (intercompany) reconciliations for accuracy and follow-up/clearing.
- Annual review and update of Liquidity policies if and when required.
- Support and manage intercompany payables on a monthly basis.
- Any Ad Hoc duties as and when requested.
- Grade 12.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant Credit Management/Bookkeeping experience.
- MS Excel knowledge (Intermediate to-Advanced).
- Problem solving.
