We are seeking a highly driven Sales Consultant to join our Financial Emigration department. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting expatriates and businesses with financial emigration, tax compliance, and tax-efficient strategies. You will focus on acquiring new clients, providing expert tax advice, and guiding individuals through the process of ceasing tax residency while ensuring compliance with both home and host country regulations.
Qualifications & Skills required- Matric
- 2 - 5 years of experience in sales, consulting, or a corporate environment would be advantageous
- Proven experience or knowledge of tax, legal and finance matters
- Strong sales skills with a consultative approach to identifying and addressing client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Identify and engage prospective clients, including expatriates and businesses requiring financial emigration services.
- Actively market and promote financial emigration services to potential clients.
- Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay abreast of international tax laws and regulations affecting expatriates.
- Assist clients in understanding and navigating complex international tax treaties.
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their specific expatriate tax needs.
- Advise clients on the financial emigration process, including the tax implications of changing tax residency status.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal professionals, to deliver seamless and comprehensive expatriate services.
- Prepare and submit all required financial emigration documentation, including tax clearance certificates and expatriation filings.
- Ensure accurate reporting of foreign assets and compliance with exchange control regulations, where applicable.
- Identify potential risks and provide guidance on expatriate tax planning and compliance issues.
- Advise clients on expatriate compensation, benefits, allowances, and risk mitigation.
