We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Controller to manage and strengthen credit control operations, ensuring effective collections, strong customer relationships, and healthy cash flow. The role focuses on credit risk management, debtor reconciliations, reporting, legal escalations, and continuous process improvement, while also mentoring junior team members and supporting management decision‑making.
Requirements & Qualifications- Grade 12 (mandatory)
- Relevant Credit Management or Accounting Diploma (advantageous)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in credit control, with 3–5 years in a senior or credit management role
- Accounting experience with strong exposure to debtor management and reconciliations
- Proven experience in cash allocation, reconciliation, and cash‑flow forecasting
- Strong computer literacy with advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience working on ERP systems (Business Central / NAV advantageous)
- Solid knowledge of credit risk assessment, collections procedures, and debtor management
- Understanding of the National Credit Act and receivables‑related financial practices
- Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
