Our client is an Engineering company specialising in the fields of comminution, separation, and sorting technologies, delivering advanced, end-to-end engineering solutions across industries. Due to their advanced expertise they have become a preferred partner in the Engineering, Mining and Minerals sectors.

Their Engineering Recruitment team is currently looking for a General Manager with a minimum 7 years senior technical and leadership experience in the mining or heavy engineering sector.

• Engineering Degree (non-negotiable).
• Business or Management Qualification (advantageous).
• Minimum 7 years senior technical and leadership experience in the mining or heavy engineering sector.
• Experience driving Revenue growth and sustainable profitability across all Comminution products and ancillaries.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Strong market reputation for reliability, innovation, and total cost of ownership.
• Experience overseeing sales strategy and pipeline development within the mining sector.
• Knowledge of ISO certification and adherence to engineering and industry standards.
