Description:

Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Engineer Civils Supervisor to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards, and managing a team of engineers and technicians. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee civil engineering activities on site
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables
  • Review and approve engineering designs and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Participate in project meetings, site inspections, and audits
  • Prepare regular progress reports and participate in project reviews

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Civil Engineer or Civils Supervisor
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and project management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with construction software and design tools
  • Flexibility to travel and work on-site as needed
