Introduction
Location: Upington, Northern Cape / North West Region
Employment Type: Contract / Project-based
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to join our team on utility scale solar PV projects based in the Northern Cape and North West regions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the commissioning, energisation, and grid compliance of large-scale renewable energy plants.
Desired Experience & QualificationMinimum Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering qualification
- Certified Commissioning Manager certification
- Proven experience commissioning utility-scale solar PV projects
- Strong knowledge of substations, inverters, grid compliance, and plant energisation
- Demonstrated experience working with EPCs, utilities, and regulatory authorities
