Engineer III, Process; Ethylene Cracker

A leading petrochemical company is seeking a qualified Engineer III, Process to join its Ethylene Cracker operations in South Africa. If you have a solid background in chemical engineering and experience in the petrochemical industry, this is a great opportunity to advance your career.

• Maintain high HSE standards to ensure a safe work environment.
• Validate process design work for compliance with standards and procedures.
• Analyze plant data to recommend operational improvements.
• Participate in projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Evaluate technical proposals and resolve complex plant issues.
• Guide junior team members and assist in developing engineering documentation.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Diploma holders require 10+ years of experience.

Experience:

• At least 5+ years of process engineering experience.
• Working towards Chartered/Professional Engineer status.

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of chemical engineering principles and operations support.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Team-oriented and adaptable to change.

• Engineers: Basic Salary: SR 8,000 - SR 10,000.
  Salary may increase based on skills and experience.
