Overview

A dynamic and rapidly growing solar energy company in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee the successful execution of residential, commercial, and agricultural solar installation projects.

• 1–3 years' experience in operations management within solar, renewable energy, or electrical contracting
• Proven ability to manage solar installation projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations
• Experience with project management and inventory software
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting experience
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Solid understanding of health and safety protocols
