Role Overview:

The Alumni Officer
will be responsible for growing, engaging and managing the St Peter’s Prep Schools alumni community. You’ll shape and implement the community engagement strategies and build lasting connections with our Old Boys and Girls, as well as the wider school community.

Duties (not an exhaustive list):

• Develop and implement strategies to engage and grow the Alumni network.
• Plan, organise and manage alumni events, reunions and milestone celebrations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date alumni records and databases.
• Build and strengthen relationships with alumni, parents, and the wider school community.
• Create and manage alumni communications, including newsletters and social media updates.
• Collaborate with the Foundation and school leadership to support community and stewardship initiatives.
