Our client a reputable ECD provider with multiple locations around Gauteng seeks a Preschool manager for their Northriding branch
Title:Preschool Manager
Reports to:
Training and Performance Manager
The Preschool Manager will provide senior-level instruction and leadership within the school, ensuring the highest standards of early childhood education are maintained. They will oversee the delivery of the curriculum, manage the teaching staff, and liaise with the Training and Performance Manager to ensure alignment with broader organisational goals.
Working hours3 FULL DAYS: 7:00 - 17:30
2 HALF DAYS: 7:00 - 13:30

Ensure learners achieve learning outcomes in line with the curriculum and national standards.
Implement effective professional development initiatives for staff, maintain a positive work environment and measure staff turnover.
Measure the satisfaction levels of parents and caregivers through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Adhere to all relevant education regulations, policies, and procedures, with no major compliance issues.
Manage allocated budget effectively, with regular reporting using set templates. Ensure no significant deviations from the allocated budget.
Foster relationships and partnerships within the local community to support the school's mission and objectives.
Ensure the curriculum is engaging, up-to-date and reflects best practices in early childhood education.
