About the Role As an Academic Facilitator, you'll mentor and guide students across undergraduate and postgraduate programs while maintaining the flexibility to balance other commitments.

Available Positions Across Multiple Disciplines We're currently recruiting Academic Facilitators for:
- Philosophy and Politics – Guide students through critical thinking, ethical frameworks, and political theory
- Entrepreneurship – Share real-world insights and foster innovative business thinking
- Significant teaching and research experience at university level
- A passion for student development and academic mentorship
- Flexibility to engage with students on a retainer basis
- Deep subject matter expertise in one or more of our focus areas

Your Impact
- Supervise Master's and PhD candidates through research design, methodology, and thesis development
- Publish at least one peer-reviewed article annually (independently or collaboratively)
- Facilitate one monthly masterclass, seminar, or lecture in your specialization (virtual or in-person)
- Represent the institution through media engagement and public education events
- Provide strategic input on curriculum development and postgraduate programming
- PhD in Education or closely related field
- Proven postgraduate supervision experience (Master's and PhD level)
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Comfort with public speaking and media engagement
- Commitment to ethical scholarship and inclusive education
- Monthly retainer (negotiable based on experience)
- Work on your terms—design your schedule
- Remote or Sandton-based options
