Requirements:
- Must have a Master's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology (MTech).
- Must have 8-10 years of post-qualification experience as a Project Architect.
- Must have experience as a project lead.
- Must have experience as a principal agent or lead consultant.
- Must be able to manage projects from inception to close-out.
- Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, and Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Must have hospitality and on-site experience.
- Must have a valid passport.
