Job Description
Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback and technology limitations for a mobile payment applicationBreaking any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.Translating design requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.Composing designs of reusable components and UI elements.Delivering illustrated designs and process flows using Adobe XD.Collaborating effectively with the product team and development team and work closely with them.Design emailers on both light mode & dark mode.Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability whilst ensuring website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile and tabletStaying up to date of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration from new trends and events.Ensure that all designs, pages, sites, and emails adhere to company brand guidelines, always acting as a brand championJob Responsibilities - Experience and Education
Minimum of 5 years experience as a UI / UX designerBachelor's or Master’s degree in interactive design, new media design or related design field preferredExcellent knowledge of Android and iOS components and UI related aspects of programming frameworksStrong working knowledge of prototyping and related design toolsStrong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook techniqueExceptional design skills, production value and attention to detailUnderstanding of common software development practicesBasic knowledge of HTML & CSSLeadership Behaviors
