Job Purpose
To handle inbound sales enquiries and orders for stationery and office consumable products, providing excellent customer service while maximising sales opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Position Area:Nelspruit (Rocki’s Drift)
- 3 years Inbound Call center experience
- Stationary experience will be advantage but not limited to
- 3 years Customer Service experience
- Good communicator
- Receive and handle inbound sales calls, emails, and online enquiries
- Process orders accurately for stationery, office supplies, and consumables
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
- Provide product information, pricing, availability, and promotions
- Maintain and update customer accounts on the CRM system
- Follow up on quotations, backorders, and customer enquiries
- Resolve basic customer queries and elevate issues where required
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Previous tele-sales, call centre, or customer service experience
- Knowledge of stationery or office consumables (advantageous)
- Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, email, MS Office)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment
- Experience in B2B inbound sales
- Familiarity with product ranges such as paper, ink & toner, office furniture, and cleaning supplies
- Sales or customer service qualification
- Experience working with ERP or order‑processing systems
- Customer‑focused attitude

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and reliability
- Team collaboration
- Office‑based / call‑centre environment
- Standard business hours (with possible overtime during peak periods)
