We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns - Respond promptly and effectively to customer requests, complaints, and issues - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Identify and escalate any recurring or complex issues to the appropriate team - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates and gather feedback - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to better assist customers - Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of water and waste management industry is a plus We
