- Maintain regular communication with agents regarding reservation status, payments, deadlines, and terms
- Organize Meet and Greets when necessary
- Stay in touch with tour guides throughout tours
- Handle client complaints and emergencies
- Keep in contact with agents
- Matric / Grade 12
- Preferably, a qualification in Travel & Tourism
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in FIT-Tailor Making Tour consulting in the tour operating sector
