What You’ll Do

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and work with cross-functional teams to understand objectives, audiences, and messaging.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts using sketches, mood boards, and style guides.
• Create high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and final digital assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimised for performance.
• Present conceptual and finished work to internal teams and clients, clearly articulating design rationale and refining work based on feedback.
• Research emerging design trends, explore new technologies, and continuously develop your skillset.
• Communicate regularly with your team, provide progress updates, and collaborate seamlessly across disciplines.

• Strong understanding of design principles including typography, colour theory, composition, and UI design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) and Figma.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a strong advantage.
• Deep knowledge of web and mobile best practices, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines.
• A user‑centred mindset with a focus on usability and intuitive design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to creative challenges.
• A portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital work—web, app, social, and interactive—with thoughtful case studies highlighting your process and impact.

You have your own laptop and are available to work three days per week on-site at the agency in Woodmead and two days remote.
