Salary: R42k CTC - R50k CTC

About our client
Our client is a well-established, creatively celebrated integrated agency based in Bryanston. They’re now looking for an Art Director who can bring strong conceptual thinking, visual craft and leadership energy to the team.

What the job involves

• Developing strong, original creative concepts across through-the-line campaigns

• Bringing big ideas to life across digital, social, print and traditional media

• Defining and applying the visual aesthetic of campaigns

• Leading the craft and execution of your ideas from concept to delivery

• Working closely with copywriters, designers and other disciplines

• Creating high-quality creative assets with exceptional attention to detail

• Participating in brainstorms, conceptual sessions and new business pitches

• Managing multiple projects and deliverables at once

• Compiling presentations and confidently presenting work to clients

• Attending client briefings and collaborating closely with internal teams

• Staying up to date with platforms, trends and emerging technologies

• Championing creative innovation on every project you touch

What you need to be considered

• 5 years + experience as an Art Director within an advertising agency

• A strong conceptual portfolio demonstrating award-winning work

• Strong conceptual thinking and visual design skills

• Ability to work across multiple channels and media platforms

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Keynote)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure

• Meticulous attention to detail and high personal accountability

• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
