Are you an experienced Foreman ready to take charge of premium residential and commercial projects? Our client, a well-established construction firm, is seeking a hands‑on, tech‑savvy Site Foreman with a proven track record in high‑end builds.
What You’ll Be Doing- ️ Overseeing construction of luxury homes and office blocks from foundation to finish
- ️ Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site workers
- ️ Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- ️ Managing site safety, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- ️ Reading and interpreting building plans
- ️ Handling reporting and daily site records (must be PC literate)
- ️ 10+ years experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role
- ️ Strong residential and commercial construction experience (luxury builds preferred)
- ️ Must be computer literate (emails, spreadsheets, site reports)
- ️ Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
National Diploma in Construction Management / Building
NQF Level 4-6 Certificate in Construction Supervision (CETA‑accredited)
Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
Health & Safety training (e.g., SACPCMP registration, SAMTRAC) Advantageous
