Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a results-driven Project Manager (Fixed Term Contract) with strong hands‑on construction/civil/maintenance experience to lead complex engineering and construction projects from concept to completion.

This role is suited to a seasoned professional who can confidently manage budgets, contractors, site execution, and technical delivery while working closely with HoDs and cross-functional teams. Having real on‑site construction exposure is required.

• Plan, execute, and deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to specification
  .
• Collaborate with HoDs and key stakeholders to define project plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, and on‑site execution phases.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve site issues, and enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and approved designs.
• Oversee formwork installation, concrete mixing, pouring, and curing processes.
• Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement and best practices.

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Project Management role

• At least 5 years’ hands‑on experience in construction environments (non‑negotiable).
• Strong working knowledge of construction operations, industry standards, and site execution

• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and safety compliance
  .
