We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Relationship Manager to join a boutique wealth management and family office environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys being the trusted point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring a seamless and premium service experience.
Key duties
Act as the primary contact for all non-advice related client mattersManage investment administration, task coordination and client communicationTroubleshoot and resolve client and operational issues efficientlyEnsure workflows are followed, tasks are completed and feedback is providedHandle FICA documentation and tax clearance applicationsCoordinate family office activities with internal teams, providers and professional partnersPrepare client meeting packs, schedule appointments and manage follow-upsPerform quality control on client communications, proposals and meeting minutesDeliver all required client documentation, including statements and confirmationsSupport marketing initiatives, including client events, communications and social media activityMaintain accurate CRM records and system reportingKey requirements
Minimum of three years’ experience in a client support or relationship role within wealth managementSound understanding of investment products and financial services processesStrong critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHigh levels of emotional intelligence and professionalismAbility to multitask, work under pressure and collaborate effectivelyA driven, proactive mindset with a strong commitment to client service excellenceEE Disclaimer:
