Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to meticulously elicit and document business requirements for new and existing systems
  • Define business processes (as-is and to-be), perform gap analysis, and identify solution requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document customer-specific requirements related to the implementation of the Trading and Market service offerings (system integration, dashboards, and reporting)
    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)​
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification​
  • SAFe and/or Agile Certification beneficial
    • Work Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in business analysis​
  • Proven experience in the implementation of large projects​
  • Exposure to/experience in the Energy or Electricity industry will be an advantage
