About

The Role

Job Purpose

You will support the efficient administration and management of fleet and bank client billing by ensuring accurate invoice capturing, timely submission, effective follow-up on payments, and compliance with Supa Quick fleet processes. The role aims to minimize payment delays, maintain positive relationships with fleet clients, and support franchisees and Head Office in achieving smooth and consistent fleet operations.

Responsibilities
  • Delivers client assistance aimed at implementing and expanding relationship management and retention, as well as providing fleet support including:
  • Supporting the maintenance of existing business and operational programs to promote profitable business for both the organization and clients.
  • Generating awareness around new available products/services
  • Serving as the key customer contact on technical and service-related problems to achieve required product/service performance standards and total customer satisfaction
  • Preparing reports focused on customer satisfaction and operational process performance. Work Environment:
    Typically, on-site/field in order to ensure a regular presence at the customer’s premises
Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:

  • B-com degree or any Finance related qualification

Experience (years):

  • 2-5 years in similar position

Technical

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of fleet operations, billing, and account management
  • Familiarity with PO/authorization processes, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Languages

Skills:

  • English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • SAP
