Our client is a 100% Black owned benefit consulting company that plays a major role in the industry, with their Offices situated in Fourways, Johannesburg.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Employee Benefit Consultant at our client in Johannesburg. The Employee Benefit Consultant will be responsible for managing benefits administration, providing consulting services on employee benefits and delivering exceptional customer service to Boards of Trustees, Regional Committees and clients.
Qualifications
NQF Level 5 and above in Financial related subjects.
- Regulatory Examination 5
- Benefits Administration and Insurance expertise
- Consulting skills in Employee Benefits
- Customer Service capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations in the employee benefits industry
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Pension Fund industry
