- Originating, qualifying, and closing complex, high‑value opportunities.
- Spotting cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities that deliver measurable client value.
- Managing a structured sales pipeline and forecasting process.
- Contributing to quarterly and annual planning through insight‑led analysis.
- Tracking market performance, deal velocity, and client metrics to guide leadership decisions.
- Creating selling strategies informed by market shifts, competitor activity, and evolving client needs.
- Conducting market analysis to identify new use cases, emerging opportunities, and potential clients.
- Helping refine segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Using a consulting‑led approach to translate client needs into tailored solutions.
- Crafting compelling value propositions across the organisation’s product suite and partner ecosystem.
- Ensuring every engagement is anchored in commercial value and long‑term impact.
- Keeping ahead of industry trends, technology developments, and shifts in customer priorities.

What it takes to succeed:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years’ experience in top‑tier management consulting or strategy roles.
- A demonstrable track record of originating and closing complex, strategy‑led commercial opportunities.
- Experience working with senior decision‑makers and C‑suite stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and commercial skills — you’re comfortable structuring ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Experience creating proposals, pitches, and strategic recommendations.
- Confidence leading cross‑functional teams in demanding client environments.
- A self‑starter with exceptional planning, organisation, and follow‑through.
