OUTLINE

    • Africa Integrated Solutions
    • Specific Africa Development experience within the Freight and Logistics Industry is mandatory

Qualifications:

    • Grade 12
    • FIATA Diploma or related 3 – year tertiary qualification

Key Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

    • Technical competence of the role.
    • Deep understanding of the African market, processes & value creation.
    • P&L experience, plus familiarity with various reporting, KPIs).
    • Previous Africa exposure, whereof 5 years’ experience at management.
    • Excellent and proven negotiation skills
    • Problem solving skills and decision-making skills
    • Entrepreneurial capability
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Good communication skills (written &verbal)
    • Planning and organising
    • Ability to handle pressure and change
    • Attention to detail
    • Commitment to excellent customer service
    • Computer literacy
    • Able and willing to travel as necessary

Responsibilities:

    • Africa expansion Strategy
    • Plan Africa operations in terms of the requirements of the business environment
    • Working with Africa Agency Network
    • Managing Cross Trade Business and opportunities
    • Africa Control Tower
    • Projects
    • Oil and Gas Petrochemicals
    • Internal Training
    • Product Development
    • Reporting
    • R-G Mozambique
    • R-G ZA – East Africa MZ Corridor
    • Comply with the requirements of the quality management system
