We’re looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our FX team!
This isn’t your average ops role – you’ll get behind-the-scenes access to the magic that makes Forex and arbitrage tick. You’ll learn, improve, document, and help shape the future of our workflows, all while collaborating across passionate teams.

• Dive deep into the heart of our business, mastering operational workflows for our cutting-edge Forex products
• Assist in crafting slick, crystal-clear SOPs for our business units
• Spot inefficiencies and suggest smarter, faster ways to work (your ideas count!)
• Team up with Operations, Tech, Compliance & Client Services to make our processes bulletproof
• Hands-on in testing new tools and systems, bringing fresh feedback to the table
• Monitor, report, and keep everyone in the loop on improvement initiatives
• Document, organize, and communicate like a pro – consistency is your vibe
• Provide day-to-day support and be the go-to resource for operational excellence

• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Must be completed)
• 1-2 years’ experience in operations or business support (bonus points for financial services know-how!)
• Extreme attention to detail and process-driven thinking
• Stellar communication skills
• Analytical, innovative, and always up for improvement challenges
• Team player who can juggle more than just coffee orders
