We leverage AI-driven and human expert advice to offer truly independent recommendations based on value, not just price. Our initial focus will be on insurance, but investments will be included shortly after launch and our vision is to grow beyond financial services to support clients with all their big decisions.

The RoleThis role is primarily business-facing and focuses on product discovery, requirements, prioritisation, and stakeholder management, rather than hands-on technical design.
The Product Manager is a key role reporting to the Head of Advice and responsible for executing the product strategy and roadmap for our core technology products, including our website, financial advisor portal, and customer portal.
This role will work closely with the Head of Advice with the key responsibility being to translate business vision into product features, collaborate with designers to create intuitive user experiences, and manage a partnership with our external development team to bring the product to life.
As an early stage venture, a core focus for the Product Manager will be to drive data-oriented experimentation to refine the product based on early user insights and market feedback.
What Youll Be Doing- Partner with the Head of Advice to execute business vision into actionable product requirements.
- Manage the partnership with our development team partners, ensuring clear communication of requirements and timely delivery of features.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing and Head of Advice to incorporate internal and external user insights into product development and feature prioritisation.
- Present product updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership team.
- Create intuitive and engaging user experiences that make financial advice accessible and understandable, in partnership with design.
- Implement and oversee data tracking and analytics to measure product performance and user engagement.
- Design and analyse experiments to test hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the financial advice space.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in fintech and digital advice platforms.
- Contribute to the development of our AI-driven recommendation engine, ensuring it delivers truly independent advice.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in a tech or product management, preferably in insurance, fintech or Insurtech.
- Experience as a product owner, Project Manager or Business Analyst is preferred.
- Strong track record of shipping successful digital products from concept to launch.
- Experience with data-driven product development and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles and product development processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Exceptional communication both written and verbal, with ability to interpret problems and translate ideas into actionable user stories
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams and influence without authority.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with AI-powered products or recommendation engines would be an advantage.
- Experience building consumer facing products and knowledge of the financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry would be beneficial.
