Trafalgar Group is offering an exciting new opportunity for a driven, dynamic and proactive candidate with a passion for the property industry, to join their team as an experienced HR Assistant
. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, possess great attention to detail and work well under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Completing the yearly COIDA submissions.
  • Doing COIDA registrations and ensuring all payments are up to date.
  • UIF registrations for various Body Corporates, HOA's and Estates.
  • Assisting with payroll capturing.
  • Assisting with monthly payroll reporting and extraction of files.
  • Doing audits on various items such as Leave balances, Tax Numbers etc.
  • Keeping employee work permits up to date and implementing changes.
  • Assisting with EMP
    501 submissions.
  • Assisting with various ad-hoc projects arising.
  • Other administrative duties.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Confident telephone etiquette
  • Atleast 5 years working experience
  • Experience in HR & Payroll preferred
