Procurement Management Trainee

Summary

Recent graduate looking to build a solid foundation in procurement and supply chain. You’ll support sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and procurement admin, while gaining exposure to AI-enabled data analysis, reporting, and process improvement in a structured corporate environment.

Key Focus Areas

• Day-to-day procurement support (RFQs, POs, supplier follow-ups)
• Supplier sourcing, onboarding, and database management
• Cost analysis, spend tracking, and inventory support
• Procurement data accuracy and reporting (Excel, dashboards, ERP)
• Compliance with procurement policies and governance
• Exposure to AI, automation, and analytics tools in procurement

• BTech or BCom in Supply Chain Management (or closely related qualification)
• 0–1 year experience (graduate / trainee level)
• Basic understanding of procurement & supply chain principles
• Basic AI training or exposure (data analysis, reporting, or automation tools)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail with accurate data and documentation handling
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a structured environment
• Ethical and professional approach to procurement activities
