We are expanding our Business Performance team and are seeking a Principal Consultant to play a leadership role in driving growth, project delivery, and client impact.

The Principal Consultant will lead client engagements, deliver strategic and operational consulting projects, and manage project teams. This role requires advanced consulting skills, strong commercial acumen, and proven experience in management consulting. • Manage end-to-end project delivery: initiation, design, execution, and implementation
• Oversee project management across time, cost, quality, and delivery metrics
• Lead project teams, stakeholder management, and client relationships
• Apply advanced consulting skills in strategy development and alignment, business and operating model design, and operational transformation
• Support business development initiatives and lead client relationship building
• Drive sales proposals, solution framing, and presentations
• Support talent development, coaching, and mentoring within the team
• Contribute to new solutions, intellectual property, and internal initiatives

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Commercial acumen and ability to deliver high-quality work
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills

• Minimum:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in management consulting
• Business or functional leadership experience preferred
• Industry experience in Financial Services, ICT/Telecoms, or Consumer Business (Retail/FMCG)
