Vehicle Diagnostics:

using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic
issues in vehicles.

• Repairs and Maintenance:
Perform efficient and precise repairs and maintenance on
various vehicle components, including engines, brakes, transmissions, suspension
systems, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.

• Parts Management:
Identify and recommend appropriate replacement parts, ensuring
they meet quality standards and are compatible with the specific make and model of
the vehicle.

• Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all repairs and
maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and fellow
team members.

• Documentation:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of work performed, including
diagnoses, repairs, parts used, and other relevant information.

• Customer Service:
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner,
addressing their concerns, explaining repairs, and providing cost estimates to ensure
a positive customer experience.

• Team

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other team members, including technicians,
service advisors, and management, to efficiently prioritize and complete tasks,
maintain a smooth workflow, and achieve departmental goals.

Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, trends,
and repair techniques through training and development opportunities.

Equipment Maintenance:
Keep all tools and equipment well-maintained, organized,
and in proper working order to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Quality Control:
Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure repairs meet
the company's standards and industry best practices.
