The Marketing Administrator provides essential administrative and financial coordination support to the Marketing team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of marketing expenditures, budget tracking, and vendor payments, thereby contributing to the smooth and efficient execution of marketing activities and projects. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual with a keen interest in financial administration within a marketing context and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Administrative Support:

      • Prepare and format presentations, reports, and other marketing documents.
      • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) for marketing assets, contracts, and records.
      • Handle general correspondence, emails, and phone calls for the marketing department
  • Budget & Financial Administration:
    • Assist with the processing of quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for the marketing department.
    • Track marketing budget expenditure against planned allocations.
    • Liaise with the finance department for payment processing and reconciliation
  • Campaign & Project Coordination:
        • Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives, including logistics and material preparation.
        • Assist with the distribution of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, branded merchandise).
        • Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and subscriber information.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management:
        • Serve as a key point of contact for marketing vendors, overseeing administrative aspects of service delivery.
        • Streamline the procurement process for marketing materials and services, including quote acquisition, comparison, and documentation.
        • Maintain an organized repository of vendor contracts, agreements, and compliance documents.
        • Ensure effective communication flow between the marketing team, vendors, and relevant internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Procurement, Finance)
