We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our tax legal team and assist in enhancing their efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate should be versatile, resourceful, and dedicated to supporting our tax technical team with a range of responsibilities, from client engagement to administrative tasks. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the role and make meaningful contributions to our firm.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) or Law.
• Proven experience in a support or administrative role, preferably within a legal or tax environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Collect, organise, and manage client documents efficiently.
• Track and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
• Assist in scheduling meetings with clients and coordinating the legal team’s calendar.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the legal team’s workflow.
• Maintain organised records of all activities and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless information flow.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
