the role
The Marketing, Bids & Divisional Support Lead plays a central role in enabling the success of the Advisory & Transactions (A&T) division. This role is responsible for leading marketing coordination, managing bid and proposal preparation, and providing structured divisional administrative support. The position suits a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with strong presentation skills and solid experience using Microsoft tools. Prior experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
Whatwill you bring
- Qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–7 years relevant experience in Marketing, Bid & Proposal Management
- Professional services background preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Power Point
- Strong Microsoft Word
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational ability
Marketing Coordination
- Lead and coordinate divisional marketing activities in line with CBRE Excellerate brand guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality marketing materials including capability statements, pitch decks, credentials and case studies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and group marketing teams.
- Maintain and update marketing content libraries and templates.
- Own the end-to-end bid and proposal process.
- Manage timelines, inputs and final submissions.
- Ensure quality control and compliance.
- Maintain a central bid and credentials repository.
- Develop polished client-ready presentations.
- Translate complex inputs into clear, visual content.
- Ensure professional formatting and accuracy.
- Support the A&T leadership team with coordination, reporting and documentation.
- Assist with dashboards, trackers and internal communications.
- Improve efficiency through templates, workflows and best practice.
- Act as a central coordination point for bids and marketing.
