Infrastructure Maintenance Administrator

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Managing documentation produced by the Infrastructure Management department
• Assisting with administration, process enhancement and automation to improve the efficiency of the department
• Managing and producing training and e-learning material to support the Infrastructure Management team and assisting with administration, training enhancement and automation to improve the efficiency of the
• Management of the Teraco maintenance platform, reviewing of all processed audits, tasks and actions on the platform
• Maintaining and managing all contractor contractual agreements and arranging bi-annual access to all Teraco sites
• Annual maintenance contract negotiations, pricing agreements and issuing of respective purchase orders
• Monthly infrastructure maintenance reporting power usage, client SLA and maintenance reports.
• Provide systems training and ongoing support on the maintenance platform to the infrastructure maintenance team
• Ad hoc quality management system audits- internal and external
• Administration of supplier performance monitoring reviews on a bi-annual basis
• General Infrastructure management administrative duties

OBJECTIVES

Maintain compliance in accordance to all relative policies and procedures

Meet agreed inter-departmental OLA (Operational Level Agreement)

Implement company and departmental policies, processes and work instructions as per the agreed quality and timeline/ RFS

Ensure planned and corrective maintenance asset system is managed in accordance to ensure customer MSA's and SLA's are achieved

Task finalisation and report accurately, as per agreed format, quality and within the agreed timelines
