Facilities Intern

To support the effective operation of facilities through contractor coordination, administrative support, and procurement assistance, while gaining practical exposure to facilities management and building operations.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Basic understanding of facilities operations, maintenance, and service coordination.

Key

Competencies:

Ability to manage facilities-related administrative tasks, including records and reporting.

Attention to detail when overseeing contractor activities and work outputs.

Ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with contractors and service providers.

Confidence in communicating and engaging with suppliers for quotations and service delivery.
