SUMMARY
Luxury Lodge & Hotel Collection is looking for an experienced EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to join their team.
POSITION INFOIn this role you will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Group CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of business operations. This role is ideally suited to someone with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
CORE CRITERIA- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certification in Executive Assistance or Office Administration (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Proven track record supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong background in financial administration, with working knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- High level of discretion with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and reporting tools
- Experience with database management, reporting systems, and data analysis
- Excellent organisational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, confident approach
- Analytical mindset with outstanding attention to detail
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group CEO and Executive Committee
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements with accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare and organise documentation, financial packs, and presentations for meetings
- Assist with oversight and reconciliation of client accounts when required
- Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping and financial administration tasks
- Compile, format, and maintain professional documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Manage travel, accommodation, and expense claims efficiently
- Act as a key communication link between the CEO, finance, operations, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records for special projects and executive initiatives
- Compile financial reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and performance summaries
- Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Develop, update, and manage databases for sales, marketing, and financial information
- Assist in monitoring and analysing business performance metrics
- Provide insights and intelligence to support informed decision‑making
- Contribute to improving systems, processes, and operational efficiency
- Support finance‑related projects and track task progress to ensure deadlines are met
